Accessibility

Sponsorship HQ wants riders, guardians and brands to be able to use this site with a keyboard, a screen reader or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) across the site. We do not claim that every page meets them today. This statement and our measures were last reviewed on November 1, 2026.

What we do

• Our design system sets rules for color contrast, text size, tap-target size and visible keyboard focus.
• An automated accessibility check runs on key pages every time we change the site, and a failure stops the change.
• We check keyboard use and screen-reader use by hand on the main flows.

Known limitations

• Photos that people upload may not have a description. Until riders can describe their own photos, we label a rider's gallery photos with the rider's name and the photo's position.
• The PDFs we generate, such as contracts, are not yet tagged for screen readers.
• Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Their accessibility is Stripe's responsibility, and we cannot change it.

If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, write to support@sponsorshiphq.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use if you are comfortable doing so.

We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days. We will fix the problem or offer a workaround within 10 business days.
