Sponsorship HQ runs a marketplace and signing tool. Here is what that means.

We are not a party to any sponsorship

Riders and brands find each other, negotiate and sign agreements on the platform. The sponsorship itself is between the rider and the brand. Sponsorship HQ is not a party to it.

No guarantees

• We do not guarantee that any rider will be sponsored.
• We do not guarantee that any brand will pay, send product or keep its promises.
• We do not guarantee that either side will do what it agreed to do.

Badges are limited checks

A brand approval badge or a rider verification badge means we completed a specific, limited check. It is not an endorsement, and it is not a guarantee about the brand, the rider or any deal. Decide for yourself whether a deal is right for you.

No employment, agency or partnership

Using the platform does not make anyone an employee, agent or partner of Sponsorship HQ. It also does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship between a rider and a brand unless their own agreement says so.

Taxes

Riders are responsible for their own taxes on anything they receive, including money, product and discounts. Talk to a tax professional if you are unsure.

Riding is dangerous

ATV, dirt bike, personal watercraft and UTV riding are dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Riders ride at their own risk. Sponsorship HQ does not endorse or supervise anyone's riding conduct, events or practice.
